ONLINE BOOKING POLICIES
Thank you for booking your tee time on our website. The following policies and procedures are in effect and the policies herein are enforced. We have designed our policies to accommodate a smooth and fast booking. There is no fee for booking your tee time on our website. We look forward to having you as a guest at Centennial Golf Club. Enjoy your round.
- Tee Times can be made up to 7 days in advance.
- All fees are due upon arrival at the course.
- No single player bookings.
- No twosome bookings before 12:00 noon on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
- A maximum of three tee times may be booked to any person or group.
- Four tee times or more constitutes an outing and must be approved by written contract and deposit. Please call Centennial G. C. (208) 468-5889 if you have any questions regarding to book a golf outing.
- Pass holders must abide by the current restrictions on weekends and holidays March 1st – September 30th.
- Walking is allowed - Traditional golf attire is preferred however tank tops, sleeveless shirts, and cut-off shorts are NOT ALLOWED!

Golf Course Policy & Procedures
Tee Time Policy
All players are encouraged to create a foursome when possible. Customers may book up to 7 days in advance and reservations may be made online, in person or via phone.
Check-in Policy
Golfers will be refused playing privileges for playing without purchasing a green fee. Golfers should check-in to golf shop no less than 15 minutes prior to tee time. The golf shop staff has the right to pair up players to create foursomes. Passholders MUST check-in prior to all rounds.
Rain Check/Inclement Weather Policy
The Golf Course Manager or his/her designee is responsible for decisions concerning temporary or all day closing of golf course. Rain checks will be issued to those guests who are unable to complete their round due to course closure or unsafe conditions. The value of the rain check is pro-rated based on the rate the guest paid and the number of holes completed that day. When lightning is present, the course will send representatives to clear the course and return to clubhouse. Players will be sent out to stoppage point to continue once hazardous conditions have left the area. The golf course is not liable for any injuries due to inclement weather. Rain checks are only valid for green fee and cart fees. Rain checks have no cash value. You must provide proof of payment in order to receive a rain check. Rain checks will expire 1 year from issue date. Rain checks are non-transferable. Rain checks are one time use only.
Frost Delay Policy
Following the delay, tee times will proceed at the original scheduled order of play that day from when play begins. Groups not present at the appointed time become standby players only.
Alcohol Policy
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the course. The introduction of alcoholic beverages to the golf course and grounds is prohibited by Idaho State Law.
Driving Range Policy
Possession and/or use of range balls on the course is prohibited. Violators may be removed from the golf course without compensation for unused green fee/cart fees. Removing range balls/baskets from the property is a crime punishable by law.
Rental Cart Policy
Operators of rental motor golf carts must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Maximum of 2 club sets and 2 riders per cart. 2 single riders in the same group are not permitted. Operators must obey cart signs and rules, or they will be ask to leave the premises with no refund. Carts must be kept 30’ away from greens and tees, and at least 10’ away from bunkers when not on cart paths.
Dress Code Policy
Proper golf attire is preferred (collard shirt, no jeans) but not mandatory. Tank tops are not allowed at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All tee time reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. If the reservation or change to the reservation is not cancelled within 24 hours prior to your time, the credit card holder will be responsible for all applicable posted fees for all players booked with the credit card being automatically charged. Cancellation or changes cannot be made on this website. Please call (208) 468-5889 to make any changes or cancellations.
